Terms of Payment

1. Agreement to Pay

By registering for and using the Eyemesto Shipping platform operated by 16847323 Canada Limited ("Eyemesto Shipping"), you agree to pay all fees, charges, and applicable taxes associated with the use of Eyemesto Shipping services. Service fees and pricing plans may change from time to time, and continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of updated fees.

2. Subscription Billing & Recurring Payments

For subscription-based services, your designated payment method will be charged at the start of each subscription period for applicable fees and taxes. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. By authorizing recurring payments, you permit Eyemesto Shipping or its payment processors to store payment details and process recurring charges, including any return item or NSF fees where payments are declined.

3. Transactional Billing & Weight Adjustments

For per-shipment or transactional services, your payment method is billed when labels are generated or shipments are booked. Quotes are based on shipment information you provide; carrier-assessed dimensional weight or other adjustments may result in additional charges. Any re-weigh, re-dimensioning, or accessorial charges billed by a carrier will be passed through and charged to you.

4. Refund Policy for Shipping Labels

Eyemesto Shipping facilitates refund requests for unused labels, subject to carrier refund policies. Requests must typically be submitted within 30 days of label generation, and subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Where approved, refunds may be credited to the original payment method or account balance at Eyemesto Shipping's discretion.

5. Customs, Duties, and International Charges

You are solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges on international shipments. Any such charges assessed directly against Eyemesto Shipping may be invoiced back to you. Eyemesto Shipping is not liable for delays, holds, or seizures arising from customs-related issues.

6. Payment Methods and Late Payments

Eyemesto Shipping accepts payment via major credit cards and other methods listed on the platform. All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout, and you are responsible for any currency conversion fees. Failure to pay on time may result in account suspension, interest charges on overdue amounts, and collection actions, with associated costs borne by you.

7. Pricing Changes, Billing Disputes, and Contact

Eyemesto Shipping may modify service fees, carrier rates, and pricing structures, with advance notice for subscription plans where practicable. If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact Eyemesto Shipping within 30 days of the invoice or charge date. Billing questions can be directed to billing@eyemestoshipping.com.
